Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered for damaged or defective products. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues.  

Return Process

Conditions for Refund  

Refunds are subject to verification of the reported issue. 

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Refund Approval  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.  

Non-Refundable Items 

Gift cards and certain sale items are non-refundable.  

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.  

Cancellations
